  • 6weeks from idea to launch
  • 3choices: a flavour, a theme, a photo
  • 2016OCTAS award, Web Solutions
For the 2015 holidays, Chocolats Favoris wanted people to talk about it. So it asked for a new product. A choco-techno one.

The answer was ChocoPortrait: a tin of fondue that customers design themselves. They pick a flavour and a theme, add their photo and their wishes, pay online, and pick up the tin at their store.

It was designed and built in six weeks, then rolled out to every store. Fully web-based, the concept store was easy for staff to run. In 2016, it won the OCTAS award for Web Solutions.

Choose a flavour. The most popular fondues, from salted caramel to hazelnut praline.
Pick a theme. Three looks for the season, so every tin feels like a gift.
Add a photo and wishes. Your best portrait on the tin, with a message for the person who gets it.
Pay, then pick it up. Order online, choose your store and a date, and the tin is ready there.
